Kristina Butler, MSHRD, PHR, SHRM-CP
Kristina Butler is the Founder of The Keys to the Office, LLC and brings a wealth of experience in human resources, specifically in the space of early talent and diversity recruiting. She has built successful internship programs and hiring initiatives focused on recent college grads for major organizations. She has also hired students, grads, and seasoned professionals, and taught hiring managers how to identify and interview top talent. She is passionate about changing the landscape of multiple industries and brings all of that enthusiasm to this podcast.
In addition to focusing on her career, she is the mom of two daughters (one teenager and one adult) who keep life interesting. She was born and raised in Queens, NY and now calls RVA home. She enjoys trying new restaurants, home organizing/planning, and traveling to Mexico. One interesting fact about her is that she attended boarding school for 9th and 10th grades and it was truly a life-changing experience.
